From an early age, Sahomi showed an interest in creating garments, learning the basics of sewing at the age of eight thanks to her mother. Over time, she also became interested in embroidery, weaving, and handicrafts. At fourteen, she began working in clothing workshops, and since the age of twenty-two, she has been making and designing dresses for brides, bridesmaids, and godmothers. Her training, largely self-taught, motivated her to study Fashion Design and Management.
She has served in the church as music director, institute teacher of her stake, Relief Society teacher, stake JAS leader, Primary secretary, and is currently ward Young Women president.
Her dream job is to create and run her own fashion company, focused on haute couture and ready-to-wear, alongside a team that shares her vision and desire for growth.
